Returns & Exchanges

Each piece of Natalie Salisbury Jewellery is hand-made in my jewellery studio in Titahi Bay, New Zealand, by me, Natalie. I am your first point of contact should any issues arise, and will be glad to help if you need me!


I understand that finding the right fit for a ring can sometimes take a couple of attempts, and because of this I offer the first ring re-size free of charge. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Please also reach out if you need some advice in finding the right fit as subsequent sizings will incur a charge.


Most of my pieces are made to order (except a small number of ready to ship items). Unfortunately this means I can't accept returns in the case of a change of heart or mind. 

Gift Exchanges

If you have been gifted a piece of Natalie Salisbury Jewellery and it's not quite to your taste, then please get in touch with me at I'll help arrange an exchange as long as the piece hasn't been worn and is in perfect condition.

For hygiene reasons I am unable to accept exchanges for earrings. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of exchanges.

Faulty items

It's unlikely that a piece of jewellery will leave my workshop in anything less than perfect condition. However, if this does happen I'll gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item. There'll be no additional charge for shipping and l'll also refund you for the returned shipping cost.

In this situation please notify me within 7 days of receiving your jewellery.
