This one-of-a-kind 'Ancient' Chainmail Necklace combines oxidised silver, 9ct yellow gold, and fused 18ct yellow gold dust to create a wearable treasure, unearthed just for you.
It encapsulates a smooth oval yellow/orange cabochon Citrine in amongst the mismatched and rough looking chain links. An exceptional piece.
The medium weight trace chain is sturdy yet simple, holding the weight of the detailed links and ensuring its wearbility. The affluent texture is a key component of the design.
The chain length is approximately 100cm in its entirety, and is capable of being looped over the head twice, to shorten it up or double the look.
Each piece of Natalie Salisbury Jewellery is made to last a lifetime...when cared for correctly. However, maintenance is key! Here are some useful tips for keeping those sparklies sparkly!
To ensure your new piece of jewellery remains in its best condition then clean it regularly. Grab an old toothbrush and some mild soap to brush in and around all areas of your piece.
Store gold-plated items separately from other jewellery when you aren't wearing them. Put your gold-plated jewellery on after applying any creams or make-up and avoid wearing them in the sea or when taking a dip in a hot tub. Try not to wear gold-plated items next to each other and if you plan to exercise or sweat then remove your plated jewellery altogether.
The black colour of an oxidised piece is only that deep for a short time...the black does wear away but is easy to replace! Do get in touch hereif you have questions!
Pearls and Gemstones
Store your pearl set pieces separately from all other jewellery to avoid scratches or knocks. Keep them away from high temperatures and don't get too sweaty whilst wearing them!
Avoiding knocks and bumps goes for all stone set pieces - they are prone to scratching and chipping if not looked after. Diamonds and Sapphires are durable and least affected by everyday wear, but emeralds and pearls in particular should be worn with care.
